Job Description
The Communications Associate is primarily responsible for helping the business meet its objectives through the planning and execution of communications initiatives that support the business priorities, working closely with corporate function teams and internal business groups.
Provide communications support for CGI-wide and India level initiatives:
Create and execute internal communication plans that are focused on helping the business meet its objectives.
Plan and manage internal communication campaigns end-to-end including the development of communication collateral to support the successful execution of the campaign.
Support internal communication requirements of stakeholders within the India BU and deliver work according to requirements and deadline.
Provide copywriting and copyediting support as required.
Utilise and manage the various communication channels and ensure that information is updated and disseminated in an effective and timely manner.
Create and update self-service communication materials for stakeholders.
Support the roll out of global communications campaigns and initiatives within the India BU.
Consolidate relevant global, SBU and BU messages in a weekly newsletter for dissemination to members in the India BU.
Work with key stakeholders to manage the production of the quarterly publication.
Ensure that collateral delivered adheres to tone-of-voice requirements and CGI brand standards.
Establish and enhance a professional reputation and relationships with internal clients.
Track and monitor requests for communications on a regular basis.
Ensure positive feedback from internal clients and stakeholders.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Communications, Marketing or Business degree or related tertiary qualification.
1 - 2 years experience in a communications or marketing role.
Excellent grammar and writing skills.
Ability to capture, collate and distil information into clear and concise summaries, identifying key points and presenting the information in a way that engages and informs the audience.
Awareness of various communication methods and channels and the ability to effectively utilise them.
The confidence to engage with all levels of internal stakeholders.
Capability and interest in planning, organising and executing all aspects of communication initiatives and events.
Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
