Job description :
Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in large IT operations (i.e. Core Backbone infrastructure environment) with excellent understanding of infrastructure technologies.
Experience working independently to successfully: plan, develop, implement and improve network operation processes or functions, ability to negotiate and establish business requirements aligned with organizational maturity and needs
Mandatory Skill Sets :
Experience in Enterprise Service management.
Strong Experience in LAN/WAN,VPN core Network and Data Center Infrastructure: Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other similar network devices
Proficient understanding of WiFi
Knowledge on Clustring, Storage, Microsoft Exchange
Experience in working with Windows ( 2003 & 2012 ) & Linux Operating systems
Delivery management
Infrastructure:
Any network devices Former experience in using large help desk ticketing systems.
Orientation and experience with ITIL Process, Incident and Problem Management practices Knowledge and understanding
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience
Strong problem solving and decision making skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
