Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Job location: Chennai
Description: - 2+ years of experience - Support position to provide Incident / Problem Management activities for a wide variety of application technologies on a 24 X 7 basis. - Performs at an extremely high level of technical competence - Previous experience in an Operations Control Analyst role - Ability to communicate effectively with technical as well as business customers - Experience with Application Software Configuration Management

Degree Required: N
Degree: BE or MCA
Technical Skills (Must Have): - Autosys (Job scheduling and monitoring) and JIL

- Ability to utilize desktop tools (Wikis, Microsoft Office and Communicator tools, WebEx, etc.)
