Must have Retail & POS experience Working experience on X-STore Micros Product Suite and its framework is added advantage
Have led big teams in different implementation, support & enhancement engagements
Extensive experience in coordinating with multiple Application teams/ Client / vendors in an onsite - offshore model
Considerable experience and proven expertise in interfacing with the client and complete delivery management of the project
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Management Plan, including the configuration management, change management, and communication plans
Extensive experience in Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Mitigation and contingency planning activities
Assist and advise customers in project execution in globally distributed teams
Develop and/ or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established estimation models, best practices, and past experience
Extensive experience in gathering requirements, status updates and issue handling internally and with the client teams
Have participated in quality management reviews, project checkpoint reviews and in project conclusion tasks
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the project to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/ cost/ quality constraints, while managing stakeholder expectations
Report project status to the Steering Committee and control agencies to ensure the project's overall direction and integrity
Coordinate and monitor the activities of project team ensuring that all the work is undertaken in accordance with the project plan
Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes are communicated to all stakeholders
Possess excellent communication, analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Define quality standards required by customer groups
Measure and Control quality parameters throughout life cycle of project and ensure quality in project deliverabl
