Job Description
- Hands-on experience including solution architecture, design of enterprise applications on the Java, J2EE platform
- Must have good design experience using application frameworks such as spring, hibernate, CXF, Drools and other open source frameworks
- Strong background of working with development projects
- Innovative mindset
- Ability to create technology design and solutions for identified business problems
- Ability to create solutions that are scalable, flexible and forward looking
- Prior experience of working within product development space is preferred.
- - Strong understanding of industry evolution, current trends and views on where the industry is moving towards
- Sound knowledge on HTML5, SOA, Rule Engine, BPM and Big Data ecosystem.
- Sound knowledge on NOSQL
- Sound knowledge on Mobile technologies
- Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domain.
