- Monitor metrics around utilization and capacity and recommend changes as necessary.
Keep current documentation of network topology.
Mentor and train junior network engineer.
Design / maintain / upgrade network systems and infrastructure in all offices and data centers.
Work with Office Services team to design and coordinate the installation of network wiring infrastructure.
Configure and maintain all network switches, routers, and firewalls.
Configure and maintain VPNs and secure access to network.
Configure and maintain network monitoring platform.
Configure and maintain Intrusion Detection/Intrusion prevention system.
Coordinate third party security testing, implement response or remediation steps as necessary.
Diagnose and resolve telecom and networking issues.
Work as part of a networking team and respond to end-user issues as necessary.
