Design & implement complex networks either in Datacenter or Service Provider
Engage with stakeholders, customer decision makers in understanding the requirements and translating into solutions
Lead a team of highly enthusiastic members towards achieving goals
Task oriented while being sensitive to others.
Communicate effectively
Lead technically complex networking & software projects in new technologies like SDN, NFV, Openstack, etc
